We accept orders as small as 1 unit. Volume discounts apply at 12, 25, 50, 100, and 250+ units.

How long does production take?

Standard turnaround is 5–10 business days after artwork approval. Rush service (2–3 days) is available on most products.

Do I need to provide artwork?

No — our in-house design team can create or clean up your artwork at no charge. We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, and JPG files.

Can I see a proof before my order goes into production?

Yes, absolutely. All orders include a free digital proof for your approval before any production begins.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, e-transfer, cheque, and corporate purchase orders (on approved account).

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes. We ship to all provinces and territories. Expedited and courier options are available.
